1. Software Licensing & Tiers

StrataLogic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our geomatics management suite. Usage is restricted to the specific tier purchased:

Lite: Basic layer management and point plotting.
Pro: Includes analytical tools, dynamic contouring, and safety routing.
Elite: Full enterprise features, including Design vs. Field analysis and FieldIntel AI auditing.

2. Activation & Intellectual Property

License keys are unique to your firm and authenticated via our PKI (Public Key Infrastructure). Any attempt to reverse engineer the LicenseVerification protocols, redistribute managed layers, or bypass activation is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate revocation of services without refund.

3. Professional Responsibility & "The Truth"

StrataLogic provides tools for data visualization, layer management, and field verification. However, the final verification of all boundary lines, topographic data, and COGO calculations remains the sole responsibility of the Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS). Our software is an aid to professional judgment, not a replacement for it.

4. AI & Data Ingestion (FieldIntel)

By using FieldIntel, you grant StrataLogic the right to process your firm's historical field notes to provide predictive insights. This data remains siloed to your firm's instance and is never shared with competitors or third parties. We do not claim ownership of your proprietary survey data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrataLogic shall not be liable for any damages—including but not limited to project delays, construction errors, or legal disputes—arising from the use of PointScout or PointScout-managed layers in critical infrastructure or high-stakes environments.
